Flow Yoga holds group classes each week on Fridays @ 9.30am at Hunters Hill Tennis Club.
The classes are focused on gentle Hatha foundations.
The classes are supportive, and welcoming, and open to everybody - no need for previous experience.
Flow Yoga also offers private and group classes, for people new to Yoga, restorative yoga after illness, or to delve deeper and develop your own personal yoga practise.
The venue is located at 11 Woolwich Rd, Hunters Hill in a open and light, clubhouse. There is a kitchen, showers and bathrooms. Bring your own Mat or alternatively all equipment can be supplied. There is ample parking in the adjacent car park or surrounding streets.
The yoga classes encourage finding moments of stillness on the mat, so we can feel more balance, space, and joy. They will include a short mediation to start, 45 minutes of yoga Asana, and a gentle Savasana (resting mediation) at the conclusion of the class.
Flow Yoga also offers yoga coaching in mindfulness, mediation, helping our clients find and integrate more flow, happiness, and wellbeing.
